Title: HR Specialist

Position Summary:

The HR Specialist supports the Human Resources department by assisting in the development of policies and procedures, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating the exit process for departing employees. The HR Specialist also assists in employee development including the creation of training sessions to promote individual career growth and development. The HR Specialist reports to the Chief Talent Officer.

This is a full-time, exempt, executive level role that is 100% Onsite.

Essential Functions:

  • Schedules essential tasks for new employees including the submission of background checks as well as scheduling of physicals and drug screens for candidates.
  • Authors and works to maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Assists in the onboarding of new employees including running New Hire Orientation programs.
  • Facilitate training sessions to promote career growth and development. 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work with employees and managers at all levels.
