Reporting to the Vice President of Family Success, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives and ensuring our programs deliver tangible results.

A Day in the Life of the Director of Community-Based Services:

Every day as the Director of Community-Based Services at JBNC brings exciting challenges and opportunities. You'll lead a dedicated team overseeing a range of vital programs, including the Family Navigator program, Housing Stability for School Success (HSSS) program, Senior services, Early Childhood Education services, and Case management. Your responsibilities will span from strategic planning and personnel management to program implementation and performance monitoring. Collaborating closely with other directors and community partners, you'll ensure seamless service delivery and drive continuous improvement to meet evolving needs.

- You're a natural leader with a passion for community-based human services.

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.

- You bring three or more years of experience in program development, leadership, and working within complex systems.

- Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

- You're adept at managing multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

- You're committed to flexibility, ready to adapt to the dynamic needs of our community, including occasional evening and weekend hours.
